I am a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor. I have more than 12 years of experience in the fitness field. I have helped many clients to achieve their personal fitness goals; I am fortunate to have a career that I have a real passion for - helping people reach their fitness goals, and sometimes changing their lives in the process. I enjoy creating effective workout routines (weight and cardiovascular training) that fit in with a person's unique body type, lifestyle and schedule. I am also specialized in training people with various health problems: I have helped clients with heart disease, hypertension, obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis, chronic lower back pain, post-rehab, and many other conditions.
